Terms, Deposit, Remaining Payment

Each booking is confirmed by email. Please make the deposit payment by the specified date. Without timely payment, the booking will be canceled.

The remaining balance should be transferred no later than 21 days before the arrival date, or by the specified date in the confirmation.

Note: Card payments are not available on-site, only cash and PayPal.

Is Wi-Fi Available in the Apartments?

Wi-Fi is available in the apartments. As we are in a rural area, please do not expect high-speed internet. Or consider “unplugging” for a while!

Check-In & Check-Out

We welcome guests between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Please inform us if you plan to arrive later. Contactless check-in is available upon request; the key will be in the key safe at the apartment.

Check-out should be by 10:00 AM.

Is Bedding Provided?

Bedding is included in the price. Each guest has a made-up bed. Please let us know in advance if you need a crib.

What’s Available in the Kitchen?

The kitchen includes:

  • Dish towels
  • Dishwasher tablets and dish soap
  • Sugar, salt, oil & vinegar for light use
  • Garbage bags
  • Coffee filters
  • Filter coffee machine and Senseo coffee machine
  • Kettle, convection oven, induction stove
  • Pots, dishes, cutlery, and glasses
  • Microwave (in all apartments)
  • Extras like waffle iron or hand blender available from the common room

Is Breakfast or Other Catering Provided?

We do not offer meals. However, nice restaurants are nearby. Breakfast (upon request) is available at Venngasthof zur Buche (+49 (0) 2472 1497) or Gästehaus Kuck (+49 (0) 2472 802960) in Mützenich.

EV Charging Station

Cost: €0.50 per kilowatt-hour (kWh).

Directions to Victorhof

From the Aachener Kreuz, take the A44 towards Liège, exit at Lichtenbusch, and turn left onto B258 toward Monschau. Continue through Roetgen to Konzen. After the “Konzen” sign, turn right toward Hatzevenn (Mützenich). The farm lies between Konzen and Mützenich.

Can I Bring Pets?

No, pets are not allowed on the premises.

Are Drinks Available?

Yes – there’s a drink fridge at the barn entrance. Also available while supplies last: eggs, butter, beer, and water.

Cancellation Policy

If canceled more than 60 days before arrival, we’ll refund your deposit.

  • 60 days before arrival: 60% of the booking amount
  • Less than 15 days: 80%
  • From 2 days before / no-show: 90%

For late arrivals or early departures, the full booking amount is due. We recommend travel cancellation insurance.

Can I Do Laundry?

Yes, there is a shared laundry room with washing machine and dryer. €3.00 per load per machine.

Are Towels Provided?

Each guest receives one bath towel and at least one hand towel. For longer stays, we’ll gladly replace them.

Can I Have Visitors?

Visitors are welcome. Please check with us in advance. Overnight guests must be registered and will be charged €12 per person/night, if space allows.
